Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp (if required).
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if dispatch process has started.
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping details.
π SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery time depends on location and courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
π SIZE & PRODUCT ACCURACY
Customers must carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
Size-related issues will NOT be accepted for return or exchange if correct size was selected according to the chart.
Minor color or stitching differences may occur due to lighting or screen display.
π RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refunds are only issued if replacement is not available for approved claims.
Refunds are processed within 5β7 working days.
COD refunds will be transferred to the customerβs bank account.

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or courier mishandling.
